So I’m walking down the street when I saw this scene. My mind raced with why barricades and caution tape are on the sidewalk. My conclusion was that the sidewalk had come alive and either tried to eat or had eaten a pedestrian and the water company put this protection out for the rest of it.
Okay, the real deal is that we have a Metro Council that has no direction and a mayor that’s been a lame duck his past two terms and they’ve both ignored the cities crumbling infrastructure to the point where we end up with scenes like this.
Come to think of it, I like the sidewalk monster better.
