The 4th Street Live Entertainment district has been a hit or miss proposition. The politicians that have sold us on it tout it’s success, but with a bunch of establishments vacating (or in the case of Premiere Fitness and ESPNzone, never coming at all), it is what it is. And the neon becomes todays Daily Photo Project shot.
