I read today that TARC may be cutting out the 4th Street Trolley. It’s tough times for everyone, but the irony of cutting TARC routes is that people need the bus because owning a car is way too expensive. What can people do? I wanted to get a shot of a trolley stop before we lose them, so it’s here in the Daily Photo Project.
